Since 1999, we have integrated advanced biotechnology with technical expertise to deliver better experiences and healthy lifestyles to all. Our research and development team is working in continuous improvements of processes, starting from upstream functional screening techniques, bacterial sample storage, pilot production and industrialization to downstream recoveries, purification, press and dehydration technologies.

Quality
The quality control management system helps Syngen to assure product quality, whether it is during research, production or storage. Syngen operates on a proven quality control management system that includes:
- Standard operating procedures to ensure validated manufacturing processes and calibrated equipment.
- Established analytical methods and tests that ensure each product is reproducible of quality.
- Continous Improvement (CI) is employed so that processes and procedures are regularly updated.
Our state-of-the-art production sites are inspected by national authority (Bureau Veritas) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 22000 requirements. All products are manufactured in compliance with the requirements of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), and certified by Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA).
